The Luxury Student Accommodation in City Centre Sheffield

London Court Luxury Student Accommodation sold out in record time, and had the second highest enquiries of the student accommodation investments in the UK.

The construction of St Mary’s House Student Apartments, brought to you by the same developer as highly successful London Court. St Mary’s House is a refurbishment. Just across the street from London Court.

I just visited there last Friday with the developer. The renovation has started and will be complete for this September. The developer is only using the highest quality materials, taking care that students have a brilliant place to live in.

So not surprising he showed me where the gymnasium, computer room, pools room and games room are on the ground floor. He noted that other builders of student accommodations are too keen to use every square metre to maximise income at the expense of the comfort of the students. And he is correct!

He believes that it is critical to ensure the students are happy in their accommodation, and providing them with extra amenities is a must.

Plus the building will be air conditioned and there will be a LCD television in every room and high speed broadband. The developer is on good terms with his neighbours on the street, which is important when renovating one building and building another one just across the street!

We ate at the Middle East kebab place – food was delicious and keenly priced. There was lots of nice banter and goodwill between the proprietor and the developer.

St Mary’s Suites are ideally located next to Sheffield Hallam University and a 10 minute walk to the University of Sheffield. Indeed, I saw this for myself on my visit. St Marys is an area of Sheffield called ’China Town’ and diagonal from Sheffields which is in an iconic historical building.

I saw for myself that the build for London Court is well underway with the structure for five floors almost finished. It is on schedule to complete this August.

My colleague has already visited the St Mary’s House and London Court with the developer 5 times. Our buyers have really appreciated the hands on service we provide at Properties of the World.
