Low Deposit properties

You only need a small deposit to buy some of our Low Deposit properties. A Low Deposit property may be:

  • a property that has already been completed where the deposit required is as little as £1,500 to £3,000 and there are no fees to pay (although a mortgage would be required - subject to status)
  • a property being bought off plan or which is being renovated where the deposit is between 10% and 30% of the purchase price with nothing further to pay until completion.
