The development was originally a 19th century mansion (as well as a former flagship Great Western Railway hotel) before its conversion into a sophisticated seaside hotel. The original occupiers spared no expense during the late 1800’s, turning it into a prestigious establishment that would be worthy of accommodating their transatlantic guests – picture crystal chandeliers, marble fittings, a billiard room and a stylish, winding staircase.
Four different room types available:
Standard Single (just ONE unit left)
Despite its transformation, the buildings original features have been rightfully preserved, ensuring its opulent look remained as it was – with the addition of modern, family friendly features to entertain and welcome the many guests that flock to the town each month.
The hotel’s grounds boast sub-tropical gardens with a croquet lawn, tennis courts and 3/4 of a mile of woodland walks. Hotel residents now also have exclusive fishing rights to over 8 miles of the Western Cleddau as well as privileges at the local golf course at Cwmbrandy and Goodwick Bowls Green.
FISHGUARD, SOUTH WALES
Fishguard is a year-round town hosting a number of live music events and bustling markets selling fresh local produce. Despite its relatively small population, nothing stopped it almost topping the list of ‘Third Best new Year’s Eve’ parties in the whole of Britain! Attractions in this seemingly small and slow moving town include St David’s Cathedral (the oldest cathedral in Wales), Tregwynt Mill (a hidden whitewashed building in the remote wooded valley) and Penlan-Uchaf Gardens which spread across three acres of land and offers spectacular views across the Preseli Hills; it is truly the perfect retreat for the whole family.
Like the developer’s past successful projects, this hotel will undergo further refurbishments to enhance its reputation and position it further up the ranks as the region’s most family friendly hotel. The developer has designed a model that has been successfully implemented into several other hotels across the region – all of which are now and up, profitably and still very much operating successfully.
JEAN PURCHASED A HOTEL ROOM
Our Managing Director, Jean Liggett purchased at Llandudno Bay Hotel (a sister hotel to this one) whilst another colleague bought two rooms at the same hotel. The good news is that both have been receiving their 10% returns on time and they love the free usage each time they visit. As a matter of fact, Jean takes regular visits to the seaside resort – with her most recent visit taking place earlier this month.
